"Villa Rosa"(Codice CITRA: 010007-LT-0139) is a typical Genoese old house recently renewed located at only ten minutes' walk from the beach and the town center. You just follow down a picturesque stream and you are there! The house offers the guests three floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor,living room and kitchen. The 2000 m2 garden and big parking place could have to be shared with the owners. Tourist Tax in Camogli: 2,5 euro per person per night.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
