No restaurant in the village, you will have to go to Pézenas. 30 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan. 45 minutes from Montpellier 20 minutes from Béziers. 30 minutes from Lac du Salagou.

Charming house with breathtaking view

House ideally located in the countryside, between plain and pine forest, close to the sea, the pretty town of Pézenas, the Étang de Thau and a stone's throw from the river. The house has a large garden with a small private 10 m² pool. The house is large (200 m²) and bright and offers a nice view of the plain (and horses sometimes) and beautiful sunsets. It's a great place in any season, to gather with family, stroll, relax and explore the area.
