Welcome to "Au p'tit chalet". This pleasant 42 m2 cottage with its large pine wood terrace will charm you with its tranquility, its breathtaking view of the vineyards and our beautiful Etang de Thau. Conducive to daydreaming while tasting local Mediterranean products, you will find here a peaceful place, where you can recharge your batteries while being close to the sea and seaside resorts. Ideal location for families. Close to Marseillan, Agde and Pezenas. Swimming pool: from April to November.

Grenadiers

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Enjoy the charm of the countryside while being five minutes from Pezenas (city of Molière). At the bottom of the house, take a walk through the vineyards or you can reach the river and swim there in the summer. Supermarket and tobacco store a two-minute walk from the house. No restaurant in the village, you will have to go to Pézenas. 30 minutes from the beaches of Marseillan. 45 minutes from Montpellier 20 minutes from Béziers. 30 minutes from Lac du Salagou.

In the immediate vicinity of Pezenas, a historic city of character, Castelnau de Guers is a charming medieval village nestled at the foot of its castle. The Clock Tower is topped by a bell dating from 1609. Le Clos des Salamandres is a beautiful winegrower's house typical of the south of France. Fully renovated, it has retained its old-world charm combined with modern comforts. It has a surface area of approximately 100 m2, plus a garage, laundry room and terrace.
