The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance.
