The house is located in Cabeça, a small village right in Serra da Estrela Natural Park. It's only 24km distance to The Torre (Tower), the highest point of Mainland Portugal. Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.
