Excellent week spent at a very quiet and quint little house. Amazing service with breakfast delivered each day. Fantastic walks around the area with home grown veg and fruit plentyful. I Would recommend a stay here for peace and quiet.

It's a wonderful little spot to walk and unwind. The place is very quiet, the scenery is beautiful. Nuno was a considerate, thoughtful and responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place had everything we needed: a hairdryer, kitchen essentials, and even a grill grate and charcoal that Gabriel thoughtfully provided. The property itself is incredibly relaxing, surrounded by forest and filled with birdsong. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. Highly recommend!

A wonderful and peaceful stay on the beautiful houseboat! We enjoyed the watching the heron and cormorants while relaxing on the deck. A unique get-away. Thank you to the host for his helpful and attentive service! We will recommend to our friends.

Perfect place to relax. Ideal for making beautiful hikes. You just have to remember to do some shopping before you arrive, just to be quiet once you're settled in. We really enjoyed this rental. Thanks to Luis for hosting us and explaining. Without a doubt, to be done again.

The house has a unique style and is a special place in the most positive sense. It has everything you need (e.g. well equipped kitchen) and the hosts are always ready, reply quickly and are really friendly. The cons: the house has a pool as shown in the pictures; when we were there it was empty, maybe it’s only full during summer. In the house, it can be a bit cold (in May), there is a small electric heater that warms the house to some extent. The hot water is very limited, we had problems getting two showers out of it. Overall the location is quiet, although you do hear the village dogs barking during the night and sometimes you can hear some car noise from the distant street down the valley which didn’t really bother us a lot.

What a nice place in the middle of the forest with a dead end road just out of sight. The cottage with garden. In different levels is great. Lots of birds, quite a few cats and a dog came to neighborhoods around dinner time. In the area, even from the cottage there are amazing walks to take, along the stream for example. The neighbors on search were surprised to see tourists. Where else can you find such a place?

Can’t fault our stay here. William was a fantastic host, messaged us proactively and the place itself is out of this world. A perfect peaceful getaway in the mountains. Already planning my next trip back with a group. Can’t wait!

Had an amazing couple of days and although the weather was not great the accommodation/location more than made up for this.

This is very much a camping experience. Off the beaten path, peaceful and quiet.

It was all magnificent, the only problem I had was the connection to Wi-Fi, and the fact that the network was not very good in the area. But great for a retreat in nature

We loved the stay, it is a place to breathe tranquility! It was great for kids playing in the street and in the pool area and we were even presented with fruit from the orchard season! the hosts are very considerate! it was wonderful!

Maria João was very kind and very responsive. We love the accommodation is perfect for a family with kids or teens and even for pets because the area surrounding the accommodation is closed which is quite good. We came on Easter and spent the weekend. Deu to realize that in the summer the accommodation is still better for the outdoor area that unfortunately we did not enjoy much because the time we had available was not much. The area is quiet and private and is excellent for relaxing and resting. The accommodation has everything we need in terms of amenities. For us it is certainly an experience to repeat more often if this is possible. Thanks for everything maria João.
