Located on a small pedestrian street, it enjoys a unique peace and tranquility while maintaining its proximity to the city and the lake, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 7 TO FEBRUARY 10. Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
