Lovely apartment in the center of Castiglione della Pescaia overlooking Piazza Pascoli. The apartment is finely furnished and cared for and consists of large living room with kitchen and peninsula, two bathrooms, one complete with shower and two double bedrooms with wardrobes. WFI Present. The location is advantageous because it is only 2min walk from the first bathing establishments (lighthouse bathroom) and 10 steps from the course of Castiglione. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, fish market etc.

The house is located in the renowned Riva del Sole, the village center is about 2 km from the house and can be reached through a fabulous bike path or bus with a stop in front of the house. After parking your car in the private courtyard in the inner courtyard, you can fully enjoy our small jewel village on foot. The studio has a terrace and a private bathroom, but the entrance hallway is shared with two other apartments as well as the washing machine.
