Si trova infatti in una zona pedonale a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (sia stabilimento che accesso libero) e dal centro del paese. Ti piacerà vivere il mare e nelle ore più calde poter rientrare a casa per pranzare, potendo lasciare telo e ombrellone in spiaggia. In dotazione gratuita 2 biciclette. Relax in this peaceful and centrally-located place. The studio is on the second floor accessible with outdoor stairs overlooking the upper village. After parking your car in the private courtyard in the inner courtyard, you can fully enjoy our small jewel village on foot. The studio has a terrace and a private bathroom, but the entrance hallway is shared with two other apartments as well as the washing machine.

It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. From the external stairs you can reach the solarium, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deckchair. Below the house, with access from the external stairs, is my laundry area that I will use with the utmost respect for my guests. The outdoor courtyard is shared and, during high season, will house 2 of our cars.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked.
