There will be no problem adding a 90 cm folding bed for a third person or a baby cot (see photo). 8 minutes' walk to the city center, and not far from the Restonica and Tavignanu valleys, 45 minutes from the nearest beach of Ile Rousse.

The "U FRAGNU" Wine Press

It is a 500-year-old building, it is an old wine press called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical construction and entirely built with the stones of the village, it is in the middle of an old vineyard with its small stream that flows at its feet. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.

The chalet is located in a private area of about 1000 square meters, enclosed with sundeck, dining area, barbecue, aperitif area. You will be alone, 2 minutes' walk from the "Asco" river known for its many natural pools.
