The living room with kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and a tea and coffee assortment. On the first floor is the modern bathroom with washer-dryer combination, shower and toilet, and even an outdoor shower! On the second floor, there is a cozy and comfortable sleeping area with its own toilet. Enjoy the shared spacious and flowery garden with various seating areas.

The studio (23m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. Relax and hide away in this luxurious, small studio. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Our garden suite with king size bed, romantic bath tub, outdoor kitchen and private garden is located at the Southern part of Zaandam, a town close to Amsterdam North. Zaandam is well known for its’ maritime history and hosts the famous open air museum Zaanse Schans. Our place is a great hub to explore Amsterdam and its surroundings, like Zandvoort beach and charming Haarlem. Cozy and peaceful, the garden suite is a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

House of 100 years old is under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Our cozy guest house was converted in 2019 from an old aluminum factory to an energy-neutral tiny house of 40m2. It is free-standing in the backyard of our renovated house in Limmen. It is close to the dunes, the beach and forests. The larger cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are within driving distance. It is also easy to do by public transport, but having your own car makes it many times easier. With a bicycle, you can best enjoy the surroundings.

Light wooden accommodation between beach, sea & city

Here you enter a unique ecologically furnished accommodation. The accommodation has its own terrace with a table that can be extended to a dining table. There is a kitchenette with its own fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, dishes and cutlery. Within a five-minute walk, you can imagine yourself in the inner dune, and the beach is only 10 minutes away by bike. By train, you can quickly reach Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. There may be room to place a crib.

It offers a warm playful atmosphere with a lovely pellet stove in the living room and a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped. The space has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. The private garden is a highlight, with 2 comfortable sun loungers and a lounge sofa.
