It was a very pleasant stay. The house was higher than expected. We found everything very clean, tidy, all the necessary kitchenware and appliances. Leandro and his wife were highly attentive, solicitous, kind, (we have already rented several other spaces and have not had as much kindness at the reception as in this location, and this makes a lot of difference). They welcomed us very well and provided us with all the necessary information and made us feel at ease. My family felt safe on site, a cozy and beautiful atmosphere. The adult integrated children's picina was a differential,because we have a young daughter and she had fun with extra safety. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The landscaping of the house is very beautiful. The beach is very close, market and places to eat. It was days that were worth the investment and we plan to get the space back soon. We would recommend it!

Loved the house, everything very clean and organized… a super quiet and beautiful place. Nearby market that delivers, the housekeeper a great person, and leaves the people with total privacy. I really loved it and will be back more often.

You'll feel like you're in your own homes. What made us feel most at ease was the fact that the decor was not sophisticated. This allowed the kids to be comfortable as well as we adults. Toys also helped the kids in the stay. It is a condominium where people respect each other, making it easy to be friends with the neighbors of the apt. The pool is super, hyper clean and the outside area of the Condominium is well looked after. The exit gate to the back allows us to step on the sand of the beach. Some will say that the place does not allow the baths in the sea because of the stones, but it is not quite like that. We happened to leave through the back gate and not even a stone. So I advise you to do as we did. If you have a stone on the beach when you leave the gate, walk a little to the right or left and you will definitely find a part with fewer stones or even without them. Ahh is the tip: when you follow the beach on the left (after leaving through the back gate, there is a wonder of nature to be appreciated. There is a river that forms a lagoon that is dry, a little full time and sometimes it comes to amend with the sea. Although we went in their winter period, where it rained a lot and then there was a very strong sunshine. In any case, it is worth going out every day to enjoy the beauty of the sea that constantly changes with high and low tides.

The apartment is very cosy and the location is good. It’s a bit further from the city center but this was not a problem for us. We were on the ground floor and we liked it a lot since we had a lot of space and view on the garden. The condominium is very nice, the pool, the fitness, spa area, restaurant etc. The employees were friendly and always willing to help. Yeda is also very friendly and responsive. I would for sure recommend this place and would love to come back.

Glener's apartment is excellent. We stayed for 4 days and I've already recommended it to some friends. The condominium is a foot in the sand, where you have direct access to the beach and right next to it has some stalls with great food and structure. Glener always answered us with Very quickly and kindly, solving problems quickly. Bed linen and towels are of excellent quality, as are the furniture and appliances. Before we even got to the apartment, he sent us a "guide" from the region, with several tips that we use so much! Restaurants, stalls, breakfast, sandwich, etc. Cumbuco is the city of Kitesurf and has many foreigners who live there and are passing through, some restaurants have international chefs and eat very well in the region, without spending too much. Anyway, I recommend with my eyes closed. It was truly a find! I intend to go back.

I stayed in Vladimir's apartment for a short kitesurfing trip. Know this condominium and the area well as was there several times previously. is a Great location for kitesurfing is only 5-minute walk from the beach and kite spot where you can pomp your kite for free in Almai Pousada spot for launching your kites. by bus you can go to Cumbuco center in 8 minutes is a free bus local bus and safe what i really lack the swimming in the condominium is a big swimming where you really can Swimme that is fantastic i recommend this place is a good value for money

Apartamento da Glória is a great place to stay, spacious, clean, impeccable sea view, ventilated, great location. I recommend and intend to return.
