At an altitude of 1400 m in the wild valley of Garrotxes, the traditional stone and wood house was renovated in 2020. Comfort, authenticity and nature immersion will be on the program. Located at the top of the village and on the edge of the forest, it is an ideal place for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Optionally, we offer the provision of two electric mountain bikes to discover the richness of the surroundings (nature, heritage, panoramas) by leaving your car in the parking lot.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Mountain Village studio in Nohèdes for 2

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Rent 2 identical 45 m2 adjoining 2-room cottages, each with a living room and per night outside the summer period (July, August). Single-story cottages, new condition in a secure, wooded, fenced property with 1500 m2 lawn. Each cottage is equipped with a large living room with kitchen, 2 small single bedrooms, 140 bed, shower room and separate toilet. Private shaded terrace with garden furniture + 1 shared terrace. In the heart of Cathar Country, between the villages of Lapradelle and Caudiès (100 m from the D117), close to the castles, this 60 m2 cottage on two floors enjoys total tranquility in a green setting with a 1000 m2 independent wooded plot. This small house near our home is made of exposed stone and will protect you from the heat of summer. Ideal base for your nature or cultural hikes as well as for whitewater sports.

You will find yourself in the heart of the village of Lapradelle-Puilaurens in the Aude valley beneath Puilaurens' Cathar castle. You will be in this magnificent green valley, close to activities such as rafting, a tourist train with velorail and the Cathar trail. Charming spacious studio with all amenities including a garden.
