Soak up the atmosphere of Provence in a spacious, air-conditioned, bright and welcoming 140 m² house, perfect for family stays. In the morning, breakfast on the terrace under the pergola while looking at the olive trees and lavender; in the evening, we meet in the large living room with XXL sofa, or near the fireplace (wood included) when it is cool. In Caumont-sur-Durance, you are 15 minutes from Avignon and ideally placed to explore the Luberon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and the hilltop villages.

Quiet studio terrace and garden 12 km from Avignon

Le Studio est attenant à notre maison mais il est entièrement indépendant. Sa terrasse donne sur un terrain arboré plein sud. Le terrain n'étant pas clôturé nous n'acceptons pas d'enfant, ni animal. Situé en limite de village, l’environnement est très calme. A une dizaine de km d'Avignon, et de son Palais des Papes, Festival de théâtre. Pas très loin de l’Isle/Sorgue, de Fontaine du Vaucluse, de Gordes (+ beau village de France), et Mont Ventoux, Baux de Provence, etc... et à 1h de la mer.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.
