Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. The Meadows is centrally located in Stirling, there is a nearby bus stop or private parking if required. The town centre, the bus station, the train station, Stirling University and the Wallace Monument are all within a 20 minute walking distance. The Meadows is a quiet, friendly street.

The 2-bedroom apartment comes with impressive dining kitchen with integrated kitchen appliances, master bedroom with en-suite, one further double bedroom and bathroom with shower. It has stunning views to the Wallace Monument. Onsite parking spaces are available for free. Superstore, bakery and bus stop are all within 2-minute walk. The flat is about 100 square meters on the 1st floor and has lift access from ground floor. Please no smoking, no parties, no pets, and no large gatherings.
