It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

2026 NEW HOT TUB – Outdoor spa (extra) Nature is what we are. Stay in the Valle di Bondo Nature Reserve, among wide meadows and green forests overlooking Lake Garda. Far from the crowds, at an altitude of 600m, but close to the beaches (only 9 km), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural culture and a lot of healthy sports. The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

La Cueva Loft

Relax as a couple, with the whole family or with friends in this charming and warm attic. You can enjoy the wonderful view of the Lagorai mountain range. Located on the second floor of a three-family villa, with a separate entrance. On the large balcony, taking advantage of a comfortable relaxation corner, you can warm up in the sun and in the evening marvel under a starry or moonlit sky, sipping a glass of wine or, in the cold season, a hot herbal tea.

Cucal Apartment - Varena

The apartment is located in Varena, a small town in Val di Fiemme overlooking the Lagorai chain. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and enjoys a garden with a view. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the town center with bars, restaurants, a bank and convenience stores. Great location for reaching the various ski resorts (Alpe Cermis, Obereggen-Pampeago, Alpe Lusia etc.) or as a starting point for pleasant hikes or bike rides.

Cavalese Apartment 8 people

Relax with the whole family or friends in this two-story accommodation just a short walk from the ski slopes and a 10-minute walk from the center of the village. The kitchen overlooks a garden with a view, equipped with a table and chairs. There are three double bedrooms, two of which have an additional single bed in the room. The apartment has a private parking space at its disposal. There is a storage room for storing sports equipment.

Beautiful apartment on two levels in Cavalese

The apartment has been recently renovated and is located in the historic center of Cavalese. In the past it was an old mill on the banks of the Rio Gambis stream. The apartment, equipped with all the necessary, is very bright and elegant for a stay of maximum comfort. It allows you to easily reach all the useful services of the town and also, on foot (600 m) the Cermis ski lifts.
