Recomendadisimo! Mi lugar favorito de Quito! Súper limpio, fácil check-in, seguro. La host lo mejor! 10/10!

It's a great studio apartment for one or two people, being on the sixth floor. I gotta feel a small earthquake the first night, I guess people on the ground floor didn't feel it. 😆 the place was clean and seemed well kept, there were no issues and the neighborhood is safe at night! The host offered to let me use the laundry facilities, but it seem like kind of a hassle as it takes a long time and I would've had to buy some soap, so that would've been the only thing that could've made it better, but I would go back except it is full up!

Very comfortable place in a great location with a mall, restaurants and easy access to the metro. José is extremely responsive to whatever questions or needs you may have.

Monica's place was an easy walk to Parque Carolina, where we loved the Jardin de Botanico. Also here is Inaquito metro station and bus stop for hop- on, hop- off bus. Also, supermarkets in easy reach, and everything needed for cooking in the apartment. We really appreciated the 2 separate toilets in the apartment, the blockout blinds in the bedroom, and the use of a washing machine. The elevator was quick and efficient and we enjoyed exchanging smiles and greetings with the person in reception every day. The view was superb, the bed very comfortable, and the shower worked well. There is some road noise, but if you close the doors to the balcony it was fine. We loved it for its ease of public transport, ease of access to the park, and ability to prepare our own meals. We didnt meet Monica in person, but she was very quick to reply to queries, and flexible with booking, which we appreciated. Thanks for a great stay, and an easy comfortable start to our Ecuador trip.

Excelente estadía muy cómodo

Es un lugar muy agradable para descansar, casi no hay ruido. La terraza es excelente y su vista es magnífica, se contempla la basílica y el teleférico, además de las casa de Quito. El barrio es muy agradable y pintoresco.

Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Recomendable, lugar tranquilo, privado, cerca de lugares turísticos como pululahua y mitad del munto, recomendado

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Jaime is an awesome host. He made our stay unforgettable as always. He goes above and beyond with our requests. He was responsive, friendly and respectful. We are always glad to stay in that adorable property. I hope the upcoming guest/s are as respectful as we were of his house. Guest/s please treat it as your own home. We will love to come back and we want to have the same experience on such of jewel. We can not thank Jaime enough for an outstanding experience, his due diligence and respect. Best of Luck!

Jorge es un excelente anfitrión y está atento a lo que el huésped necesita. La casa es muy linda, cómoda y acogedora en un lugar muy tranquilo y con todos los servicios a disposición. Es buen tanto para vacaciones como para trabajo.. Lo recomiendo.

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Me gustó mucho mi estadía en este apartamento. Es espacioso y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia prolongada. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de tiendas, paradas de transporte público, en una buena zona de Quito. Lo único que me pareció incomodo es la ducha eléctrica, que no funciona de manera estable. Es necesario ajustar constantemente el flujo de agua para evitar que se convierta en agua hirviendo o, por el contrario, en agua demasiado fría. Además, personalmente me resultaría más cómodo si en el dormitorio hubiera cortinas más gruesas y oscuras.

Beautiful apartment, it’s spacious, looks fantastic and you have everything you could possibly need. What sets it apart is a staircase that leads from the master bedroom to a small room above it, almost like a little tower. Not only does it offer a fantastic view, but also leads to an exit to the roof. Both the room and the roof are great places to relax and unwind. Myri is an amazing host. She is a kind and warm person with very helpful with recommendations and advice regarding the city and your stay. I am definitely choosing this apartment next time I am in Quito.
