Hello, my villa is in the Kınık area of Kalkan and has a private pool that is not visible from the outside. It has 2 bedrooms and both are en-suite bathrooms. Migros market-bakery is 2 km away. Patara beach is 11 km away. Our villa was put into service in 2021. As of June 4, 2025, I decided to be on this platform as well. I am personally at the head of the team during the cleaning so that you, my customers, are satisfied. There are no non-functioning parts in the villa. I'll check you in myself when you arrive. This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

This lovely old stone house is private and peaceful and has a stunning glass mosaic roof pool with kitchen/fire pit/BBQ for watching the stars and eagles! It has stylish cool marble interiors with Turkish rugs, high spec shower rooms and a marble kitchen. It has a wood burner for winter and is suitable for guests who require privacy.
