This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. The last 100 meters of the road to the villa has a 20% slope. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool.
