Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is located in the mountains and is in a quiet location. It can accommodate a maximum of 12 people (6 bedrooms, 2 beds 180 cm, 2 beds 160 cm, 1 bed 140 cm, bunk bed with pull-out option) 1 garage + parking space in front of the garage. Within walking distance (about 300 meters) there are free permanent parking spaces. There are many hiking and biking opportunities. In 30 minutes you can reach Laax, Davos, Lenzerheide, or in 2 hours you can be in Ticino.

In the kitchen area, the soapstone oven provides cozy hours. The garden and the view over the valley are hard to beat in uniqueness. Portein is in a sunny location in the magnificent hiking area and with many attractions such as the Viamala or the alpine town of Chur.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
