This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

This listing is for one fully private unit of a duplex-style property. A separate Airbnb is located at the back and is not included in your reservation. Each unit has a private entrance and outdoor space with no interior access. The units share a limited wall near the kitchen, so occasional light noise may be heard. Your garden apartment has its own private entrance, a large bedroom with a queen bed, a full private bath, and a kitchenette. It is the lower level of our home, there is a stairway from upstairs that ends in the middle of the apartment. We are in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, six miles west of downtown Portland, and less than a mile to the light rail and bus. . Also we are close to a nature trail, parks, St.Vincent's Hospital and Nike. Note: recliners need to stay upright.
