Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

The TINTIN Chalet

In a charming little village, the Chalet de TINTIN is ideal for a stopover close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park. Discover the historic city of Troyes, Museums, Mill, Cellar and tasting. But also, the lakes seen from the sky from a hot air balloon, a little sport, such as golf, tree climbing, equestrian center, canoeing, skydiving, first flight and entertainment at the Nigloland amusement park... without forgetting the Mac Arthur Glen brand village

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Caravan in paradise (small)

The sound of water. Birds singing. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. WA trailer offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and local champagne for an extra charge. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).

Cozy cottage near the Orient Lakes

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Germaine's house

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Chez André(e)

Old house of 130 m2 with enclosed and wooded land, located at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. Composed on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, dining room, TV lounge, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs you will have two large bedrooms and a toilet. We offer, by reservation only, a visit to our Champagne Binon-Coquard estate located in Spoy and enjoy a tasting. We are located 15 min from Nigloland.

Quiet house near Langres. 6/8 people.

"Le long de l'eau" cottage near exit 6 "Langres sud" of the A31 highway (10 minutes by car). Quiet house in a small village 15 minutes from Langres, its ramparts, its 4 lakes, and its national forest park. Swimming, water activities, hiking or cycling, walks, fishing, nearby visits. 45 minutes from Dijon. Also ideal for a quiet break, with children, on the vacation route.
