This attic is located on the top floor of a typical Bolognese building from the early 1900s, entirely renovated in 2022. The uniqueness of this attic lies in having dual terraces, allowing one to have breakfast or lunch outdoors while enjoying the marvelous panorama of the historic center of Bologna. The location is very quiet, central, well-served, and just a ten-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
