Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Central America

The view is very very pretty and the location is not far from the downtown. Nice place to stay.

We've stayed in multiple Airbnbs in San José but this one was definitely our favorite one! The apartment is super pretty, even nicer than in the pictures and really high quality furniture! We loved the little balcony and the sunset views there. The gym also has everything we needed and the common areas are just amazing! In the same building there are two really nice restaurants as well and you can easily walk through the nice neighborhood (even at night!). Will definitely come back!

After a few long and convoluted days of travelling, Andres’s apartment was exactly what we needed. Andres was super responsive and proactive in his communication and sent us lots of helpful advice and instructions ahead of time. Check in was easy and the apartment was as advertised. We were able to logg into the TV and have some home comforts - which, again, was much appreciated. We didn’t do much in the way of sightseeing, choosing to stay in the apartment and lounge by the pool. The cafes and restaurants in the complex are also pretty good so you don’t even need to go very far. All in all a good stay - we would recommend!

All was well, a Great location with outstanding views

Amazing stay at this place. The area is fantastic to get to the city and come back for a good rest and lots of amenities inside the complex. Also great restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Apartment is very well taken care of, host is very friendly and responsive and ready to help with any doubt or recommendations you may have. He was also accommodating for early check in.

Very spacious home! A beautiful kitchen and a great patio to have breakfast!! The home was very clean! Large bedrooms! Carolina was excellent ! She was always available and answered all questions! She even got groceries and had it ready before we got there! We had a personal chef ! We will definitely recommend!!! So quiet and great view!! We already miss the place!!

Tanika place is very nice and clean , felt like home , all of our friends that came really enjoy , there’s a backyard where u can go up stairs to chill or even just dip in the pool, there’s a table there outside to sit , it’s peaceful ,relaxing and it’s a secure safe place community so don’t worry and the host is very responsive, believe me you guys need to check it out ,expectations are very nice , never disappointed.

Its a Great place for a Family or medium group, in a Fancy secure área of tegucigalpa. The house is very clean and confortable. Marlon is very easy to chat with and he is very helpfull if the guests have particular needs.

We had an amazing stay at Francisco’s condo, which truly became our second home for two weeks! The space was perfect for our family, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The neighborhood was safe, peaceful, and beautiful, and my daughter especially loved spending time at the pool. While we spent much of our trip visiting family nearby, we cherished our mornings walking to the local market or Moose Coffee and having the condo as a welcoming home base to return to. Francisco was incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready with helpful suggestions and guidance whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this condo and would book again without hesitation!

Everything was as pictured in photos..the apartment felt like a home away from home..iam a person that has ocd so when I say this was perfect please believe me…come check it out for yourself and watch the beautiful sunset from the roof while in the jacuzzi… thank y’all for everything I be back real soon

Located in a quiet and safe environment. Very private. Very clean bathroom, super white cloths, very clean bedding. Description of the apartment, it fits what is published. The security guards are very friendly, don Domingo especially is very empathetic and polite. In this apartment we found a lot of consideration at the time of the check-out, they did not send the cleaning people in advance of our departure, as has happened in other stays, which is to thank María Jesús. It was a quiet stay, no pressure to get in and out of María Jesús's apartment, she is very kind to the guest as well as the co-hosts. Highly recommended to stay in the apartment. Licda. Ledys.

Great, studio apartment

William's place is a fantastic value for the price. It's located in a modern building with excellent amenities and a to-die-for panoramic view from the terrace on the 29th floor. Plus, it's right in Barrio Escalante — one of the trendiest areas in San José, full of great restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is well-equipped and comfortable, and overall, both the unit and building are impressive. However, I did notice that the cleanliness wasn't quite up to standard — I found several hairs throughout the apartment, which suggests the cleaning crew may not be as thorough as they should be. To be clear, this reflects on the cleaning service, not on William himself, who was a great host. In fact, from other reviews, it seems like this is a recurring issue with apartments in this building, which points to a problem with the building's cleaning team overall. Since guests are paying a cleaning fee, a spotless apartment should be the expectation. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Andres was a super host ! Few minor concerns in the beginning that were quickly resolved. He was always pleasant , professional and helpful!! We found the place had everything we needed for our stay in San Jose. The only thing we found was a little noisy but we were in a major city so I guess you have to expect that ! I would recommend this place and you will most certainly have a wonderful host in Andres!!

We had a great stay. Marco Antonio's apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Marco was very easy and courteous. The building also has a gym and nice pool area and is located in the centre of Escalante. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a complex that's also occupied with local families and pets , not just holiday makers. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the first floor with a small patio unfortunately we couldn't use it due to bugs and small flies.The apartment however is beautiful , modern and very clean through out .Comfortable bed with fitted wardrobes .Kitchens got everything you need with a big fridge freezer.There is a washing machine with a washing line in a cupboard , brilliant to be able to use it.The shower is perfect, .What you see in the photos is exactly what you get .It felt like home .Host was quick at responding with information and instructions .It is about a 25 min steady walk into the main town , supermarkets close by, a big park close by. I would highly recommend staying here
