Convenient location, just two minutes from the Kennedy Town MTR station. Plenty of restaurants, shops, banks, etc. around. The Kennedy Town swimming pool, 7-8 minutes away, is a gem, especially from mid-April through the end of October, when the outdoor pool is open (google the pictures). There is a hiking trail cross the road from the apartment, up steep hills and stairs all the way to Victoria Peak. The living room faces a busy street, but with the windows closed you cannot hear anything. There is no noise in the bedroom. Both AC units are very quiet. The host, property manager, and housekeeper are all doing an outstanding job. The apartment is fully stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to laundry detergent, a generous stack of towels, coffee capsules, and more. Communication was excellent – all my queries were answered instantly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

If you’re looking for a good place to stay in Hong Kong - this one should be your choice. We spend a week at Tom’s with my friend and it was a wonderful time for both of us. First of all I should mention that Tom is extremely friendly and hospitable, he provided us with super clear instructions and recommendations. Second, the apts are really spacious for HG, it’s a good value for its price considering that you only need to walk down for 5-7 mins to reach MTR or tram station in Central area. Lovely stay, thank you so much for having us!

Kennedy Town is a lovely charming part of HK island! Jennifer’s place was a great base from which to explore HK as it still retains much of the local vibe while being super convenient at the end of the MTR Island line (you can’t get lost if you tried). My mum and I super enjoyed our daily breakfast at Wish You Well congee and the many other delicious varieties of restaurants and cafes. Coming back to Jennifer’s place was like coming home to a cosy new york style apartment with all the necessary conveniences. Would stay again :)
