Guest house holiday rentals in Central Luzon

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much, with it's clean rooms, comfortable beds, and big bathrooms. The kids enjoyed using the swimming pool too, and laundry services came in handy. Aime is such a very helpful and great host, available to help out with any questions we had.

We had a wonderful family time in Eugene's Place. The beach is just a stone's throw away and you can have amazing views of the ocean especially during the golden hours. My son loved the pool and water was replaced every 2 days I think. We love the bermuda grass as we could walk barefoot or just lay around. My son also enjoyed the beach may it be low or high tide. There are a lot of hermit crabs crawling which my son enjoyed learning. If there is something I wish the place can be improved, the water pressure is low in the kitchen sink thus washing dishes is a bit of a challenge. And the bathroom sink needs repair. But overall, we had a great stay and would still like to come back. The place is worth the travel time & money!

Tita M is very acommodating and she responds immediately to our inquiries. The garden is spacious enough for our little furbabies and they love playing in it. There's also parking slots always available for us. Fireplace is available outside the rooms which is suitable for grilling and bonfire while chilling at the garden. Staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. I would just suggest to have darker curtains especially on the first room if you want a darker room when you sleep. My family, furbabies and I all had a great time. Overall I highly recommend to stay in Tita M's place. Super worth the price.

I must say that overall the accommodation was really good! very spacious good for family gathering and team building. Though we encountered some issue but Clarence's parent was very quick to resolve the problem. kudos for Ate Nina, Kuya Dong and their son.

The unit is at the 4F of MT4, just walking distance to session and SM Baguio. The unit is good for 3-4pax and it’s pretty decent considering it’s one of the few affordable airbnb units with high rating/score from those who previously rented the place. Host was also very helpful and responsive of all my inquiries and was enable with my special request - you just have to ask them nicely and maybe they can accommodate. 😉 ⭐️Water Heater ⭐️Kitchen for cooking light meals and reheating food

Loved the place! It was inside a village so travel is kind of a challenge, but the place itself is super nice. You get more than what you pay for. Also very thankful to the host for accommodating my request!

Nice place for family gatherings

Hi sorry if I submitted a review a little late. This place is a lot better in person than the photos. The place is so cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Clean and comfortable. The host is very accommodating. Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. Just one thing, we missed a lot of places from our itenerary because everyone is enjoying the place so much we can't get up and go out haha. Will surely book again soon! 💕

This place was a hit for my group of seven seniors and five adults. Rooms were large and cozy. There was a restroom for each one. Since this was a villa by the mountainside with lots of foliage, expect that the plumbing will reflect as such. That is not to say we are not satisfied, it is just a reality! This place has billiards, ping-pong, a beautiful pool, wonderful decorations throughout, and a very well set up karaoke system. The staff were extremely communicative and friendly. They were helpful and attentive. All this being said, we want to come back! For a longer stay as soon as possible with more family. I am certain that our little ones and more of our young adults would enjoy this spot for a family reunion or holiday together!

Our celebration for NYE is really great, the location is located in a prime areas and had a good environment. Ms Bubbles is a great host , she was so responsive and helpful in every inquiries. And more importantly , i was not scammed 🙏🙏🙏 Airbnb is a legit apps. Price is affordable too. 👌👌👌

Wow this place was above and beyond. so many lights and plenty of games to play with friends and family. The kitchen has really excellent gear. Nice sturdy pots and pans not the cheap stuff, I thoroughly enjoy cooking at this airbnb. There is Ayala mall a short walk away and multiple malls close by as well as plenty to see and do in Quezon City. The bedroom is so comfy with multiple ways to organize the bed/s couch bed and plenty of pillows. Movie night was great here the place really feels elegant. I wish I had thought of the decor and setup it is truly amazing to stay in this stylish layout and I highly recommend. Wifi is strong and reliable, washer available in unit with drying rack. The unit has 2 strong Air conditioning with customized remotes , extremely comfortable when it's hot outside.

We had a comfortable stay. Thank you Geoff for accommodating me and my team. We had so much fun with the space. There were 5 of us but it didn’t feel too crowded. I love the view of MOA outside our balcony. Will book again next time! Salamat!

We arrived late in the afternoon and got scared with the dogs who welcomed us at the entrance. Good thing, when I sent a message to the host, he responded immediately.😊 The place is peaceful and the unit was well cleaned. Ozark Bed and Breakfast in Baguio is such a great place to stay, especially if you’re bringing your pet! The staff is incredibly warm and accommodating, making sure you feel welcome from the start. One thing we really appreciated was how pet-friendly they are. They don’t just allow pets—they actually make them feel at home! There’s plenty of space for them, and the setup is super convenient for pet owners. The rooms are also spacious and clean, which makes for a comfy stay. A big shoutout to their amazing LGBT staff, who were so easy to relate to and made the experience even better. Their friendliness and energy really added to the overall welcoming vibe of the place. If you’re looking for a cozy, pet-friendly spot with great service and an inclusive atmosphere, Ozark is definitely the place to be!

Amazing place. Napakabait din ni Mam Jude and family. The unit is accessible to us na may kasamang PWD. Recommended for someone na may sariling vehicle since mejo malayo sya sa ibang mga tourist destination like burnham park. Home vibe. para lang kaming lokal. Chose not to go to resto and cook our own food and we were able to get by using their amenities. Ayun, uulit pa next time pag may pagkakataon.

Owner was very accommodating & patient with the multiple questions and requests I had. Their place was also very clean & fitting for numerous people—they even sent an extra bedding for us! Overall, I’m glad with my trip!

Judith’s place was a home away from home. It was spacious, safe and secured. It was also accessible to mall establishments, stores and groceries. She was always responsive to our concerns and attended to all of our queries. Very kind and considerate as well. Highly recommended!
