Monthly Rentals in Centre, Alacant

We stayed at Xana's place for the month of March and loved everything about it including cleanliness, comfortable bedding, enough linens and towels, and basically everything to make life easy and worry free. Since Alicante is a very walkable city, everything is within a waking and pleasurable distance anywhere one goes. And finally, Xana is an incredible host, very helpful with any suggestions, quick replies, and efficiency. She made our stay even more pleasurable. Thank you Xana, we'll be back!

This place is worth the stay because of its great location and stunning views. I was so happy to find this place during Semana Santa for a week and would have gladly stayed longer but it was booked. All the sites were walking distance like the Casco Antiguo, Castanos, Esolanade, and Rambla. Close to all the shops like El Corte Ingles, Tram Lucero Station, buses, and Renfe. Location can’t be beat! Most importantly the breathtaking views are a bonus! I saw some beautiful sunny skies, a thunder and lightening storm and a beautiful moon! I will miss those amazing views off that wonderful balcony.

Central location, excellent price, very helpful host. There is really not much more you could ask for. Not to mention the apartment is quite large, so you have plenty of free space. Kitchen well equipped, balcony is nice to sit and there is all other things you need for a long or short stay (e.g. freezer, washing machine).
