Set on 3.2 acres of riverside land, this cozy guest suite is a quiet place to slow down, explore nature, and enjoy rural Ontario. Wake up to birds, watch the river drift by, and relax under the stars. The suite is in the lower level of my home with a private entrance so guests can come and go freely. Inside you’ll find a comfortable space to relax after exploring the area.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Stonehill Cottage with Room to Roam

Welcome to our 1845 cobblestone home! Completely renovated and rebuilt with your comfort in mind. We call it a cottage, but it's [now] a super well-built house with 100+ acres of fields, pond and trails to explore! An Ontario Parks summer pass is included for your use. When you book you'll see that HST is added to your nightly rate and cleaning fee, and a Municipal Accommodations Tax is added to your nightly rate only. Stays longer than 29 days are exempt from both of these taxes.

Thompson Cottages – Cottage #2 – Moira Lake

This brand new, 1050sqft, beautiful lakefront cottage on Moira Lake is one of three cottages on 1.2 acres. Close to all amenities in Madoc ( 5 min away). Moira Lake is 2 hours from Toronto. Get back to nature - fresh air, sunshine, enjoy the beauty of winter wonderland, snow shoeing, x-Country skiing, ice fishing. The cottage is perfect for couples and families (with kids) and for the avid fisherman. It's also great for a Girls Weekend Away.

Roslin Hall

Roslin Hall is the ideal country retreat offering quiet and solitude in a pastoral setting. By night sit out back and be mesmerized by the clear starry nights and by day take a drive to PEC wine country. Or just relax and unwind in front of the gas fireplace while prepping a meal in the gourmet kitchen. Please tell us about your group when you request to book. Please note there is a camera above the front door for security purposes.
