Se trata de un piso grande muy bien decorado, ideal para grupos grandes o familias. Dispone de 4 habitaciones, cada una con su baño además de un baño extra completo. El salón es amplio y luminoso con dos balcones y un mirador. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El piso dispone de aire acondicionado (en toda la casa salvo los baños) y calefacción. Está situado en una primera planta sin ascensor. El piso se encuentra a menos de un minuto andando de la estación de metro Antón Martín. Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición. If this problem persists, you will be expelled from the apartment without the right to any refund for the time not used and the deposit will not be returned. - KEYS: The loss of one of the keys will entail a restitution cost of € 30. - TOBACCO: Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can do it on the balconies of the living room. - GARBAGE: Take out the garbage when necessary, please do not let the garbage mass up in the apartment. - DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ELEMENTS OF THE APARTMENT: If it occurs, please let us know so that we can solve the problem for the next stay. Apartamento espacioso, especial para grupos grandes de amigos o familia. Ubicado en una de las zonas más céntricas de Madrid. Todo el piso con cada una de sus habitaciones y áreas comunes como el el salón, la cocina y el comedor. Se pueden poner en contacto conmigo a través del teléfono. A pocos metros de la conocida vértebra madrileña, el apartamento permite ir andando a gran parte de los atarctivos culturales y de ocio de la capital. La mejor forma de llegar al piso desde el aeropuerto es en taxi. También pueden llegar tomando el metro deben bajar en la parada de Gran Via o Callao.
