Very clean apartment in the central area and in a great location to visit the city. A few steps from the bus and metro stop. I stayed with a 9-year-old girl and my husband. We stay in this apartment for 11 days and it seemed like a super apartment/casita. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the services by hand and direct transport to the center and points of interest of Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and they will move for anything you need also always with a smile and heart. Regarding the apartment it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your house. A small but super functional bathroom and a fairly good shower with pressure, good hot water and different water exit modes. It has a very practical patio and very comfortable to enjoy the sun, tend clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, ironing, cleaning, towels and sheets to spare... Spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't get cold or hot thanks to the heating you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We have been 11 people in María's house and we have been enchanted. The house is very spacious and comfortable for people that can accommodate and has everything we need. It is very equipped with utensils and we have had nothing in need It is in an unbeatable state and it is very beautiful. Each room has its own bathroom with everything you need. In addition, the street is very quiet and close to the metro stop, in nothing you are in the center of Madrid having all the comforts and tranquility of a less central area. Maria is also a sweetheart and was very generous and flexible with both the entrance and the exit. Un ten mara María y su casa.

Perfect place for the area that I had to visit, it is also quiet and you have everything close by. The airport at 12m , supermarkets and access to the comfortable and safe apartment as there is always a doorman. The parking place tbn makes it very convenient. I didn't need any advice from Blanca because I know the city but she answered very quickly when I spoke to tell her that I had already arrived. In the description he comments something about the train being heard.. and it is true .. but very slight and not annoying. Some neighbor is sometimes heard more. You can take a pet and it is appreciated, it has there up to a doggie

Family trip, 2 adults and 2 children (14 and 6 years) + dog. Positivo: excellent location, quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, and Carrefour a block; pet friendly condominium; Apt on the 13th floor with large balcony and spectacular views; queen bed and comfortable mattress; full kitchen amenities; great heating (central) and shower; foot access (800 m) to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium; Fast and proactive contact of Miguel. Negatives: Ideal accommodation for 3 adults, sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 people; small and old towels; blankets and duvets need washing; paid garage (15 euros day) with hundreds of vacancies and confusing location.

The apartment is spectacular, super comfortable and the location unbeatable. Fran is a very nice and very attentive person.

Karina and her husband Julián were excellent hosts. Always available and extremely friendly, they did everything to make my stay a great experience. The studio is wonderful, with all the amenities needed to live comfortably. Is a 15-minute drive from Madrid. Nearby there are several public transportation options as well. It is very well located for those who want a quiet, comfortable place, with great quality and easy access. The stay went very well, I felt truly at home!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Google maps took us to the back and it was a little tricky, but the girl was attentive all the time. We arrived and they accommodated us. Clean site, with heating and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Everything is good👍🏻. Free garage is appreciated.

Amazing loft! Much better than the pics. Spacious, Modern and close to everything. Great if you have a car but close enough to public transport.

Very good stay in this impeccable accommodation, convenient with children (escapes, umbrella bed, high chair), Very welcoming host. Quiet environment, many nearby businesses. Usera metro line nearby. Chinatown with choices in cheaper restaurants and shops.

Excellent, as in the photos, with a private parking space inside the building (my car is large and I thought it was perfect), the apartment in excellent condition, clean and tidy, Nieves was always kind and attentive to the details, I travel with my 2 dogs and they were welcome, we honestly felt right at home, the area is very quiet, with everything close, when I return to Madrid, we will return with Nieves without hesitation. Thanks so much, 100% recommended.

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

The area is very quiet and conducive to walking, with all services nearby and well connected to the center and the airport.
