Very bright and no noise. Well connected, a 5-minute walk from Retiro and a 25-minute walk from the Salamanca neighborhood. Buses 3 minutes from the house: No. 14 (goes all the way to Castellana) No. 63 (goes to Goya) and No. 32 (goes to Puerta del Sol), Conde de Casal Metro, goes all over Madrid, and 3 minutes to Conde de Casal bus interchange, and 15 minutes to Atocha station. Very close to the Menéndez Pelayo bar area, and Florida Retiro, a new trendy area for snacks and food in Madrid.

Walking distance from the main attractions: Puerta del Sol, Ópera, Callao. 5 minutes walking from Manzanares river and all you want if you are looking for a peaceful holiday right in the heart of Madrid. The flat is very spacious. It has a fully equipped with a brand new kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a very stylish living room. The bedroom has air conditioning and you can also enjoy the swimming pool in the hot days of summer.
