We absolutely loved this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, had three bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and the addition of the washer/dryer was really useful. The apartment felt very modern and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic with restaurants, shops and parks all a short walk away. This will definitely be our go-to apartment whenever we visit Mexico City!

Gerardo and his wife are very nice. They were very flexible with my checkout time, allowing me to leave the apartment late, without asking for anything in return. The apartment was clean and fully furnished. It has all the necessary that someone would need to have a nice stay on a short or long term. I would rent from Gerardo again is I come to Mexico city.

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

This was a great find! Comfortable beds & cool vibe. This place is super convenient & located in a wonderful part of the city. Very unique layout with an upstairs patio area--great for morning coffee or late-night drinks. Just be aware that another apartment is very close (due to the unique layout) and may not be completely private when everyone is "home". Host is responsive and helpful. Overall, great expereince! Highly recommend.

This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

Our stay at Kyra's went very well. Kyra is very responsive and always available to help. We were able to enjoy the neighborhood which is very safe and where it's good to walk. All amenities are within walking distance, metro, shopping mall, supermarket, ... If we have to come back to Mexico City one day, then we'll be happy to come back to this address.

We had an event close to the house and it was super helpful to be close . My whole family like the house, super big no problem we left The cars and quiet at night , certainly if we would come again. The host always built us in a very good way

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

It is definitely an excellent option, absolutely everything was magnificent, close to fine arts, metro stations and the apartment is as advertised.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.

Excellent service, attention and location

More than an excellent place to stay. It's very spacious and quite comfortable so much that they didn't want us to go out. The doorman is a very friendly person and at no time do you feel unsafe. I would definitely choose this airb again

The place is comfortable, it's in a good location, you can hear some noise from the roof and outside but it's bearable. Vladimir is very friendly and attentive. Recommended.
