Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

This peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends, play area, nearby bike path (Paris-Mont Saint Michel veloscenie) 2 adult bikes available, 5 minutes from the center of Alençon. One of the most beautiful villages in France, Saint Céneri le Gerei, the landing beaches 1 hour 15 minutes away. Le Mans and its famous 24 hours is 40 minutes away. 2024 Olympic Year, close to the Haras du Pin training center for many teams and Paris is only 170 km away.

Beautiful character house located 2 min walk to the city center. Renovated 200 m2 house with 60m2 of living room living room dining room open kitchen. Laundry room, dryer. WC and access to an outdoor terrace. 5 bedrooms of 15/25m2 on two floors with one bathroom and toilet per floor. Towels and bed-sheets are provided. The house is rented entire but in the bedroom: €86 per night for one room and access to all common areas. €20 will be requested per additional room.
