Studio for rent in an independent chalet with terrace. A bathroom with shower and a kitchen complete this 19 m2 accommodation. Parking is free, and a restaurant is nearby. Optional private Jacuzzi upon reservation 48 hours in advance. Linens, sheets and heating are included. Coffee is offered as well as a bottle of water per person. A folding crib is available. We are offering for rent this small apartment in the countryside but close to all amenities and in the immediate vicinity of the highway entrance to Geneva. 3 km from the Santa Claus House and 30 minutes from the Glières Nordic cross-country ski resort. The entrance is independent, the terrace is quiet and sheltered at the back of the house, the view from the bedroom is unobstructed and not overlooked. Wi-Fi, electricity, water and heating are included.

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without neighbors, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel the Savoie region. In the case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge of €10 on the stay.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
