Located on a small pedestrian street, it thus offers a uniquely peaceful and quiet atmosphere while still being within close proximity to the city and the lake, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The Como-Brunate funicular, the lakefront restaurants, Viale Geno beach, and the city center are within walking distance. The apartment is about 50 meters above the lake, so it is not suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.

The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom.
