The property is located on the fifth floor, accessible by elevator, and consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a kitchen, a pleasant loft with two single beds, a large terrace and a bathroom.
