Marco's apartment is very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. Below the house there are many free parking lots, and with a walk of about 20 minutes you get to the center, through the beautiful Theodoric Park. Definitely recommend!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Rimini in general was beyond our expectations. Pretty friendly little town by the Adriatic Sea, it does not deny its historical character. Its historic district is worth a visit, as well as the neighboring principality of San Marino.

It is close to the beach, has a clean environment, and is a clean house. There is also a parking space. I would like to highly recommend this house.

If you need a place in this part of the town, you can definitely go for it, a clean, well equipped home with friendly host.All that you can ask for

Susanna is a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. She is very responsive - she even interrupted her evening to immediately help me with a light bulb issue. As for the apartment, it was sparkling clean with a nice view from the bedroom that overlooks the Urbino countryside. The apartment is so ideally convenient to the main square yet quiet since it is located on a little side street. If I come to Urbino again, I would definitely stay at Susanna’s place.

Lovely and spacious apartment in Ravenna! Easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Francesco left us little breakfast foods and other thoughtful touches, and provided great local recommendations. Everything was very comfortable, and the view is just stunning! Wish I could have had more days to have coffee out on the balcony. Would recommend!

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Structure very close to the center, easily accessible by car . The host provided me with specific parking directions and responded promptly every time I contacted them. The house is clean, comfortable, equipped with every comfort. The outdoor area is beautiful and great for enjoying a good breakfast outdoors. a great experience, I recommend this solution to everyone.

Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

We stayed in 6 in Maria Antonietta's apartment, we were very comfortable, and above all we had a great time, Antonietta is very friendly, nice, friendly and kind, she treated us like friends always.. However... the accommodation is in a GREAT location, you can reach the historic center of Ravenna on foot in about 3 minutes, the apartment does not have a parking space but 5 meters away there is a huge parking lot where you can park in complete tranquility.

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
