My group of friends and I stayed at Valentina's apartment, and we had a really great time! We found a modern and very clean home, with everything you need. The two air conditioners helped in the hottest moments of the day, and moreover two bicycles are made available to tenants, also in excellent condition, which were very convenient for seeing places a little further away (to spend a different day by bike, we recommend the nearby Misano, well covered by bike paths). The apartment is very close to the sea, and the nearest beach (Lido delle Sirene) has good prices and all the amenities you need. The accommodation is also just a few meters from a long pedestrian street full of bars, shops and ice cream shops, ideal for evening walks! The accommodation has exceptional value for money considering especially the proximity to the sea, and Valentina is a very kind host. We will definitely be back :D

We had a really wonderful time. We booked very spontaneously and were thrilled, would have loved to extend. The family is incredibly sweet, accommodating, helpful and very friendly. We were there with a baby and dog, for both it was a small paradise. We will definitely be back! Everything is exactly as described, we lacked nothing. The pool is also great and was a perfect cool-down!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

i stayed in the apartment for 2 nights with my girlfriend, and we fell so in love with the house and the area until we extended for another night. That said, I highly recommend to those who want to experience a quiet weekend to consider the location and quality of the structure.

Clean and very peaceful apartment. We also enjoyed the veranda where you can eat with your eyes in the greenery. Great location both for visiting beautiful Ravenna and going to the shores. Recommended.

Very nice place to stay in the hpgel of Tuscany. A little remote but we appreciated that. Lots of restaurants around the area with really very good food and absolutely good prices. Accommodation with a large garden, pool, air conditioning and heating. Well-maintained and clean. Chickens whose eggs we were allowed to get. Magena true always available, very friendly and helpful. Many wineries in the area where you can eat and drink. We'll be back. Thanks Magena and Eduardo

We had a very nice stay with Cristiano and Barbara. The apartment is really beautifully situated above a small village on the hill with beautiful views over the valley. It is a large apartment with a nice bed, nice bathroom, and small but well-equipped kitchen. Everything made an authentic impression. It was very clean and communication was quick and smooth. The apartment is a bit remote so you have to do the most by car. Reggello is a nice little village which can be walked and where you can have a drink, food and a supermarket.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Francisco was the most gracious host ! He was very attentive. He recommended restaurants , called to make a reservation for us since we didn’t speak Italian and guided us where to park in the city center. It was a pleasure staying there . Definitely a 10/10 !!!!

Beautiful experience. The accommodation is accessible through a dirt road and at times a little steep and narrow, but still well maintained and accessible by car, the location is definitely worth the trip. Beautiful landscape, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. Very special accommodation, a combination of rustic and modern elements that makes it very welcoming and pleasant. Hosts really available and kind. If we can, we will definitely be back. ❤️

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Really comfortable apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea,directly on the beach that you can access directly from the condominium garden. The house really offers everything and even more! Not only the essentials in the kitchen (oil, sugar, tea, coffee) but also some bottles of water and even a prosecco as a welcome. Also games and children's books that my little ones loved so much. Two comfortable bicycles are also available for doing grocery without having to move the car. The area is quiet, along a little busy road. In about ten minutes walk you can walk to the waterfront with the bike path that leads to the center. Carla is always very friendly and kind in every contact. Super flexible check-in and check-out times. Not only that, due to a bad unexpected, we had to leave a day late, but Carla allowed us to slide the reservation without losing even a day! Definitely to recommend: a great experience!

The property is very cozy and welcoming. The surroundings are beautiful and there is an amazing restaurant and bakery in walking distance. Francesco's dad (who checked me in) was very helpful with instructions on how to find the place, as well as recommendations for restaurants. All in all, I had a wonderful time!
