L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

Central area, near the Porto Canale. Reserved parking in a private courtyard within walking distance. Located on the mezzanine floor (2 steps), it has a living room (with a double sofa bed 190x160), a double bedroom (with toilet, bidet and shower) and an annex with two beds (with toilet/shower). No dogs or smoking allowed. The apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished. Fully air-conditioned with independent climate control in each room.
