We had a very pleasant time here. Carlotta was very friendly from the start, and even recommended local grocery stores. This place is a hidden gem! You are surrounded by beautiful trees & nature, but close enough to the town where you can easily catch the train to Florence. We absolutely loved it!

It was a great experience.The host met us in person after we arrived and was able to leave our luggage after check out and let us into the apartment and use the bathroom.The location of the apartment is also great, quiet and not far from the main attractions.

I booked this house with 2 friends for Halloween and comics. Although maybe the chalet is more suitable for romantic couples, we had a great time, a beautiful and tidy house, a spectacular place that is kind and nice. Highly recommended, then there's the barbecue, which is no small thing:)

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

Had such a perfect stay here. Slightly out of Florence town but great if you enjoy a small post food walk to work off all the delicious food on offer. Really peaceful. Stefani gave some lovely recommendations. Perfect host, perfect place. Happily stay again.

I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, pregnant in the ninth month and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful renovated villa and can be reached with a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with thoughtful details. It has everything you need for a really relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a very comfortable bidet and shower, a spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and can be reached with outdoor access to the apartment by spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after dark. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in her advice, and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us empathy out of the ordinary, making us feel great.

Very good place. It was all very clean and the communication with the host was easy. They were also very attentive. The place felt a bit cold at first but the heating did the job.

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

beautiful very functional house. very nice view. a real pleasure to eat on the terrace. good hospitality. The cottage is well located for visiting Cinque Terre. small downside: the house is very wet. it rained and if the windows are closed, no ventilation, no vmc.

This villa apt on upper floor will exceed your dreams. Stayed here with our adult children, to ferry or train into Cinque Terre. All very comfy, hosts were very kind and helpful and easy to communicate with. Mother /daughter team. Daughter spoke great English, mom loaned me her walking stick for our hike. Perfect spot, easy walk to train, it stormed so ferry didn’t run. Bring raincoat to Italy. We cooked and ate out. Be aware this apt has 5 flights of stairs. Typical for these villages on hills. I’m 60 and did fine. The linens were high quality and also the beds. We used washer and rack to dry. Beautiful views. Stylish and historical apt. Highly recommend- above average.

Amazing place to stay, location could not be better, close to shops, cafes and the nearest beach is like a 10 minute walk. Had a wonderful time there, thanks to the great air conditioning as well (in every room!!). Massimo is a superb host, always comes back with an answer literally within minutes. Could not have been happier with the place!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Super nice area. Beautiful pool and super lovely hosts. The arrival was no problem, even the somewhat arduous road was no longer an issue after the 2 driveway. I would just not recommend it with a deep car😉. The hosts were already on site and the check-in was a dream and can also be reached at any time. Will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. 🫶

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.
