Cottage under the apple trees

Our cottage under the apple trees belongs to a small family farm, which is located near the small town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. We also have beehives here and produce honey and other honey products. The cottage is a great escape from a busy life. You won't find WiFi or electricity here. Also, there is no water directly in the cottage. The shower is only outdoor (solar) - 100 m from the place (shared). The toilet is dry, right next to the cottage. Enjoy an undisturbed stay in a cottage overlooking a blooming meadow and grazing horse.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

Uvolni se v horkém sudu s masážním systémem, vykoupej se v rybníku nebo si zkus chytit vlastní rybu. Opálené dřevo, vůně přírody a naprosté soukromí – tady jsi jen ty, příroda a svoboda. A kdyby ti jeden rybníček byl málo. 100 metrů na jihozápad najdeš další rybníček uprostřed divočiny.

Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
