On the 1st floor of our house with independent access, unobstructed and pleasant view, possibility of walks around the ponds. The studio is in our house but has a fully independent entrance. We've made it as comfortable as possible for you. It is located in the Tertre district near Parc de la Monniais. Close to the SNCF stop in Cesson (Rennes 5 min) and bus stops 34 and 67. Access to the ring road is also fast. Lots of free parking in front of the house.
