The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one guest room with two beds, both quite comfortable, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, pharmacies and the bus stop. The area is quiet and safe. I am 3 kilometres from the university and 6 kilometres from Archena, where there is one of the best spas in Spain.

The house is located next to the orchard where you can walk and ride a bike enjoying the surroundings. 2 minutes away is downtown Las Torres de Cotillas, where you have all the services. 500 meters away there is a large supermarket, a restaurant, a cafeteria and even a gas station, so you don't miss anything. The apartment is a few minutes from Murcia and about 40 minutes from the beaches.

Access to the floor can be common or independent to the liking of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.
