Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Der Weiler "Hockmatta" befindet sich ca. 4km vom Dorfzentrum von Grengiols entfernt und ist nur im Sommer, dh. von Juni bis Oktober mit dem Fahrzeug über eine Forststrasse erreichbar. Das Wohnhaus wurde im Jahr 1766 erstellt, um ca. 1910 erweitert und 1938 wurde das Obergeschoss ergänzt. In den Jahren 2018-2020 haben wir mit unseren Kindern das Untergeschoss, das Erdgeschoss und die Umgebung des Wohnhauses, welches sich nun seit 4 Generationen in unserem Besitz befindet, komplett renoviert.

The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
