Beautiful home! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here! We thought the location was perfect as well!

I stayed at Olivier’s place with a group of 10 yoga friends. The villa was stunning, clean and more than spacious enough for 11 of us. Our host was really helpful and quick to respond with recommendations for restaurants, beach bars, yoga studios. The villa is well equipped for dining in and the live in maid was a godsend with cooking, washing and booking taxis. She was wonderful. The surrounding gardens are well maintained and the villa and local area felt like an extremely safe place to stay.

We stayed in the house for 1 month and loved it. Very beautiful and quiet location but close enough to the action as well. The house itself was in a very good shape and extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I can recommend this beautiful house 100% and I hope to stay there again.

Outstanding property. Very responsive host, self check-in and check-out. Very nice swimming pool, they have karaoke, nice kitchen. Rooms are very comfy... We enjoyed our stay and even booked an extra night. Thank you very much Daniel. We will be back ASAP

Our second stay at Orawan 's villa. Our previous review still stands with one exception, we know Orawan more now. Orawan is the most understanding, responsive host. The villa has everything you could need, the housekeeper is very attentive and keeps the villa fresh and clean. Orawan is on hand to help with any queries, or concerns. Opposite the villa is a good restaurant and big pool. Can highly recommend this villa, having a great host makes the world of difference.

The place is very nice and clean. It is clearly divided into a group of friends or a family. There is still a private space for each other. Close to the mall, shops and not too far from the beach. It is within walking distance.

Beautiful villa. The place was SPOTLESS! Fully equipped kitchen too! Pictures are exactly as the property. Local tea and ice-cream men come around with is really nice. The pool is fun. They have a jbl boom box which allows you to create a nice vibe by the pool. Late night snooker...and a small bbq...the place is perfect for families or friends. The hosts are amazing too. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend! Just make sure you have your own vehicle as the villa complex is quite isolated. Other than that, its a perfect get away!

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we also took advantage of the delicious local dining options nearby. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the villa staff. They were always available to assist with anything we needed, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had the most amazing stay at this stunning villa. The location couldn’t be better, a short stroll to Hua Hin beach and close to local restaurants and shops. Michael and Paangie were fantastic hosts and even provided some great tips for local restaurants. The villa was spotlessly clean and presented exactly as shown in the listing photos. Special mention to the housekeeper Joy who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The house is great for a family with children.Tranquil neighborhood is very suitable to escape from big and buzzy city. Big green ground, pool ,outdoor grill and toys add to what all you need to settle the children in As it is not located about 2-3kilometers away from town,It is easier if you come with a car or motorbike in order to reach the city

We were moved to Villa 429 after originally booking 420. It was a perfect place to stay, although we weren’t too keen on the open plan bathroom in the primary suite. Others may be ok with this. Our concern was not due to privacy, more from a traditional Thai perspective of having a toilet open to where you sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is lovely and gets shade by late morning. When we did have an issue with a kettle not working it was replaced within one hour. The villa takes pets and that’s fine for medium to large dogs. One of our two dogs is pretty small and she escaped twice through the sides of the sliding gate. We blocked the gaps up with packs of bottled water. Just be aware. All in all, recommended!

Kae was very responsive and she actually bought a grill for us when she did not need to! She made sure that we had everything we needed. She is one of the best host we had experienced through Airbnb because of her unmatched hospitality. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes up again.

very good place, excellent location!

Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

We had an extremely enjoyable holiday. The villa was more than we expected,everything to us was just perfect. The kids had a great time playing in the pool. The restaurant on the same road (Yellow house) served great food. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for letting us stay. David

thanks Saski,we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa, it was a paradise, beautiful pool. It was so peaceful set in a beautiful little enclave. It is a little remote and while we decided against renting a car we had no problem with transport, we used the Bolt and Grab taxi apps and found them to be very efficient and reasonably priced. We hope to return some day, Jean and Robert (Ireland)

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that we had everything we needed in the house, her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests was evident. In addition to Nong's exceptional hospitality, the house itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden that added to the overall charm of the property. Its proximity to numerous restaurants, as well as being just a short drive from both the beach and city center, made it an ideal home base for exploring the area. Overall, our experience at Nong's Airbnb house was nothing short of fantastic.

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Fred’s property. Fred is super responsive and helpful. House comes with a booklet of very helpful information regarding Hua Hin and restaurants/ things to do. The house was clean and well-maintained, with an impressive array of kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and dinnerware, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking or dining in. The outdoor area was fantastic, featuring a lovely pool that made for happy kids to play. The neighborhood was peaceful, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being conveniently located just a 10–15-minute drive from town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

The environment is very beautiful, there is a big pool, and the water of the pool is also very clean, and it can be seen that the host is very attentive running the house.Great host, great communication, any needs and questions will be solved for you.The check-in place is also relatively close to the sea, so it is very convenient to get a taxi.It was a great experience for me to travel for five days.

We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!
