Great villa in a quiet part of Hua Hin that's not too far from the centre of town. Well equipped kitchen, that we didn't cook in as it was cheaper and easier to eat out! Bedding and towels were changed weekly. Problem with the air-conditioning was promptly sorted out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Yakir and Natthamon were excellent hosts and responded to any questions instantly. The place was clean, homely and beautiful with a jacuzzi and the option to chill out and watch Netflix. Me and my 4 friends felt the home was more than spacious enough for all of us. Overall an easy and comfortable stay. Thank you 🙏🏼 😊

Sirin is a great and helpful host and we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a safe and private location. Two minute walk to multiple restaurants and shops. We spent most of our time in the pool, which is deep enough and clean. The villa comes loaded with towels which is nice. The hosts were great. However, a car or bike rental would go well with the rental. Would recommend!

It was amazing villa where we have ever been. Everything is as on the pictures. Truly recommend that for family vocation. However be ready to get a taxi for the beach, but this information is in the description, and we were ready for that! And, the long swimming pool compensates that more than enough. Really had a wonderful time here! House was even better than in the pictures, lot of privacy and amazing view over Lamai. Host was super helpful and always available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. We were picked up at the airport from the taxi organized by the host. Shaun had also already brought a scooter to the villa for us. The welcome by Shaun and Toey was extremely warm! As with the last two stays, the fridge was stocked for the first breakfast at the villa! THANK YOU!! We would book the villa again anytime! Shaun and Paul are the perfect hosts of the beautiful villa. We were totally comfortable and at home!

This place is gorgeous, very spacious and gives you the feel of luxury for a fraction of the price. A beautiful surprise to us was the view from the terrace overlooking a body of water. There was also a quaint neighborhood park right outside of our villa doors. The location is everything! It’s right on the strip of all the activity. More massage places than you can imagine, restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. I really couldn’t ask for more. Where they could improve is to perhaps have better coordination with the villa chef they connected us with. I reached out several times and was left on read the first time and after following up, was told they were inquiring on the chefs availability to confirm and then never did. I asked well beyond the 1-2 day window so not sure what happened there. Also, I wish the electricity deposit was just build into the overall cost. I don’t like dealing with additional fees while vacationing. Otherwise amazing stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by the property as soon as we arrived. We were greeted by a welcoming host who promptly provided us with clear house rules and instructions. The in-room toilets for all eight rooms are a major plus. The surrounding area feels safe and there are several convenience stores within a 3-minute walk. It's a fantastic choice for large group travels, thanks to the cozy common area perfect for hanging out.

Our family spent six nights in this wonderful place and we really enjoyed our time! The place is spotless clean which we valued a lot! There is plenty of space to sleep and relax in this beautiful place, full of natural light. The whole family enjoyed a lot the hut tub after spending the day exploring the area. Absolutely beautiful place and a great owner - Fantastic choice for a stay in Hua Hin!

The place is quiet and has lots of greens. A little far from the shopping and restaurant area but easy to access via tuktuk and taxi. We enjoyed it a lot here during our stay. The owner was also very friendly all the time and willing to help us with money exchange, etc.

The place was very beautiful and upto our expectations, very well maintained, clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities were amazing. The garden is also well kept. The host is very cooperative and helpful and also got a scooter included. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to other guests 😁

Perfect place with a perfect location. Bibi (the hostess' cute name😌) was very kind, welcoming and always helpful. If you, like me, read reviews and are repulsive to book or not, then believe me, the answer is unambiguous - to book! Relatively many times I rented a place on AIRBNB and this is one of my best finds. Unfortunately, it was only possible to come for a week, I hope to return here for a longer year! :) P.S on the territory of the hotel there are two cats and one of them has a bell on their neck and they constantly meowing, perhaps for someone it will be important, sometimes interfered with sleep ))

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

The place was absolutely up to scratch. Nathalie all the credit as the world, possibly we were missing a closet, we stayed several nights.

Well what a fantastic place to stay! Huge duplex, wrap around balconies on both floors with very large patio areas. Views of mountains & lake to rear and 1 side and sea views to the front and other side area. The property & sun loungers are just a little tired but it is very clean and tidy with comfortable furniture and beds. Cleaned daily inc. fresh water & shower products. Fresh bedding & towels once a week. Beach towels & bag provided. The resort Royal Siam is immaculately kept and is private with a beautiful clean beach, the sea is like stepping into a bath and is very shallow with virtually no waves so is very safe. There are a few restaurants and bars in Royal Siam. Breakfast at Shambalah included with lots of choice of Continental and Thai, fruits, pastries, cereal, etc. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Roland was very professional & responded to messages promptly. I would highly recommend a stay here, was definitely value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
