Beautiful property, between Champagne and Burgundy, 3km from a small medieval village, 30 minutes from Chablis, 20 minutes from Tonnerre, 40 minutes from Troyes and 2 hours from Capital. Whether you are a tourist, hiker (at the foot of the Chemin de Compostela),on a business trip, in the evening (wedding, birthdays...), we welcome you to our cottage. A welcoming park, a pond are at your disposal allowing you a beautiful walk accompanied by our swans.

This luxury tipi is equipped with every comfort, set overlooking its terrace, it will make you live adventurous nights. Its ground floor is composed of a bathroom with wc/ shower and sink, a kitchenette/dining area, and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Its floor ,and yes! this tipi has one floor to the delight of children, is composed of 2 80x190 beds. Its spa and outdoor amenities will make the experience most enjoyable for moments of relaxation.

Perfect for a completely disconnected stay or teleworking: a comfortable cabin with stunning views of the Nièvre landscapes. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.

AUTUMN, WINTER? It's possible, but you have to be well equipped! No heating in the cabin. A quiet cabin, to stay in or stop at on your hiking trails. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for two under the trees, with beautiful views of sunrises. Access to a bathroom/toilet and electricity (in our house). PLEASE NOTE: arrival required BEFORE 8:30 p.m. to allow your check-in to go smoothly.
