The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Located 2 km above the village of Chalabre where you can find all the amenities of a village of 1000 inhabitants, you will stay in the middle of a property of 75 hectares facing the Pyrenees chain. The estate also welcomes mountain bikers as well as horse riders and their horses.

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

We will be pleased to welcome you to this unique and quiet place, located at the foot of the ramparts, a stone's throw from the city center and with access to all amenities, in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and equipped with all amenities, also a jacuzzi, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation with stunning views of the Medieval City of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 4 people. Reservation is possible for 2 or more people.
