45 m² cottage located in a small village, 900 m above sea level, with grocery store, bar and restaurant nearby. The city of Montbrison is 10 km away. Close to St. Anthème and Chalmazel with direct access to the Hautes Chaumes. Col de Baracuchet 7 km away. No close neighborhood in the middle of nature but 300 m from the center of the village of Lérigneux. Great location for hiking or biking.
