The communication with the hosts was excellent, from the moment we booked the place to the moment we left. The apartment is located outside the city center in an Athens suburb, however that doesn’t mean you are isolated! Plenty of shopping and dining options are a walking distance away, plus it’s a super safe area to explore. Want to go to the center of Athens? No problem, it’s only a 20 minute cab ride for only 9.00 euros. This was our third time in Athens and we were happy to have rented this apartment and experience this new area of the city.”

In a quiet residential area, I didn’t need to go to the centre but I know it’s pretty simple to get the metro if needed. I walked to other areas with more shops and it was a really lovely walk. In the area there is a lovely local bakery and mini-market (more like a delicatessen). The apartment itself was extremely clean, everything you needed for a weekend. I felt very safe and combination with the owner was extremely good.”
