The forest chalet

The chalet is in the middle of nature, on a territory of several hectares. Quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Located 10 min from Gien and 5 min from the village of Dampierre. The chalet has 2 bedrooms with storage, TV and beds of 160 x 200 sheets included, including one bedroom with two beds. The accommodation has a terrace overlooking the gravel pit. You can stroll and spend some time by the water, at the start of a private pond located 800 m away.

Ideal for unwinding, our chalet is always bright thanks to its large bay windows. The living area immerses you in the surrounding nature while enjoying the comfort the accommodation offers, in both summer and winter, thanks to the reversible air conditioning. In the morning you will certainly have the chance to see wild boars or deer in the 3ha unenclosed wooded park that surrounds the cottage. A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! Two other chalets on the property share the children's playground.

Its two large bay windows bring nature inside. Its trendy and refined decor will rejuvenate you just as much as its large furnished terrace and barbecue.

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery.
